We are a watchTowr, an early-stage VC-backed cyber-security start-up headquartered in Singapore. Cyber security veterans and technical experts, we are obsessed with building exciting technology for some of the world’s most targeted organisations.

With experience informed by years of simulating sophisticated cyber attacks against some of the world's largest organisations, our mission is to enable organisations to continuously understand, assess and assure their real external cyber attack surface - with cutting-edge technology.

**But what’s the role?**

We are looking for an ambitious Head of Marketing with solid prior experience to join us, and help us push our vision, brand and messaging to the next level.

**Sounds great - what will I do?**
- Define your vision for our marketing and PR strategy, and set clear goals and a roadmap for success.
- Establish the watchTowr brand as a respected B2B cyber-security technology brand.
- Build and execute a strategic B2B Enterprise marketing plan with clear and measurable goals, coordinating cross-functional support, and driving data-centric accountability.
- Design marketing activities and strategy in collaboration with the commercial/sales team.
- Execute the full spectrum of marketing activities across demand generation, brand management, content creation, product marketing and partnership marketing.
- Build a world-class marketing engine - design the functions and team you want to build, and then execute - recruiting, on-boarding, empowering, and mentoring team members to deliver outstanding results.

Core Skills
- You have 5+ years of B2B/Enterprise tech marketing experience (demand gen, marketing operations, or product marketing), in a fast-pace environment.
- Your marketing efforts have been focused on senior stakeholders (CXO) inside regional and global enterprise organisations.
- You’ve worked in startups environments before, and don’t rely on teams elsewhere to accomplish your goals.
- Your marketing strategy has supported both direct and distribution commercial models.
- You have experience rapidly building highly effective and high performing teams, that rally around a shared mission.
- You can lead, and execute yourself - we’re looking for those that can talk the talk, and walk the walk, as an example for others.
