General Description

Job Responsibilities

Identify problem areas and resolve or escalate to AMUNDI Paris, if required
Provide system and incident management and control
Support business users teams to implement business process or system changes
Provide end-user training if required.
Provide business insight and technical expertise across the different sites and continuously look for improvement opportunity within the team, processes and procedures
Document and optimize the support activity

Application support experience as well as IT infrastructure systems’ understanding is a strong plus

Good English communications skills, both verbal and written

Good programming language and database skills
