My client is an established investment bank with a global presence and a particularly strong presence in the Asia-Pacific region. They are sector generalists, however, they are strongest in Industrials, Agriculture, Consumer, Retail, Tech and F&B.
Due to continued business growth, my client is looking to appoint an experienced ED/MD to head up a talented and small team based in Singapore.
**About You**:
You are expected to lead the end to end for all deal activities starting with the deal origination. Working closely with other parts of the business, you will be tasked with driving and aligning their strategy and ensuring that business goals and objectives are met. You are to present potential risks and implications while proposing remedial actions and ensure that the transaction is executed in the best condition. You will also be tasked with leading and developing a small but high-performing local team of investment bankers.
- 10-20 years experience in Investment Banking/Corporate Advisory/M&A Advisory;
- You are a highly driven individual with strong leadership & influencing skills;
- You are highly commercial, well networked and have the ability to extract leads and originate deals;
- You possess excellent presentation and communication skills and are able to navigate difficult conversations and work with senior stakeholders to achieve the right outcome;
