About the job- Manage, support, plan and implement eCommerce merchandising projects together with the global team, while securing ecommerce targets are met.- Monitor eCommerce category and product performance for eCommerce Asia South and provide recommendations on how to maximize sales- Support the implementation of new market rollouts and eCommerce related projects requiring eCommerce and Online Merchandising expertise- Managing website “space productivity” for market cluster & recommendations for potential optimization- Management of 3rd Party accounts within the cluster to ensure Swarovski is well presented within our partners

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- University degree/ Education, preferably in related field- Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting- Good knowledge about ecommerce trends at global and market level business, ecommerce, 3rd party and online marketplaces- Strong understanding of planning, merchandising and product- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
