**Senior Mech Engineer/ Associate**

**Job Description**:

- Assist Professional Engineer in liaison, preparation and follow up of Authority Submission.
- Able to guide Junior Engineers
- Work closely with Clients / Architects / Structural Engineers / Quantity Surveyors, etc. to produce design from concept to detail design.
- Identifies discrepancies in results.
- Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule with little supervision.
- Independently performs all the tasks necessary to complete primary design elements for various building services e.g., **ACMV, HVAC, plumbing and sanitary, Fire Protection**.
- Good understanding of BIM Modelling

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in **Mechanical**Engineering from a recognized institution
- **Min 3 years working experience in consultant firm**:

- Familiar with building code and authority submission procedure.
- Team player and able to work independent with mínimal supervision.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
