Job DescriptionThe People, Performance and Culture team ensures the effective delivery of all HR activities in the firm. We play an integral part in making KPMG a great place to work by implementing best-practice programmes to attract, recruit, develop, groom, retain the best and brightest talent and work together in branding KPMG as the Employer of Choice. We are looking for a dynamic relationship builder and collaborator as an intern HR Business Partner (HRBP). You will support the Junior & Senior HRBP to drive the HR strategies.As an intern, you will get the opportunity, but not limited to:
- Working with the HRBP’s to deliver excellent service by providing operational support for HR activities and helping to roll out the People Strategies.
- Work on different parts of the employee lifecycle such as onboarding, offboarding, performance appraisal, learning & development, people communication and change management.
- Creating the best onboarding and off boarding experiences.
- Support in the development of communication such as for function wide townhalls.
- Suggest changes to improve and simplify our HR processes.
- Participate in HR projects, and possibly leading your own project.
- Previous (internship) experience helpful
- For continuity we have a preference for a full time/part time internship for a period of at least 6 months
- Good Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Attention to detail
- Proactive and independent approach to critical thinking. We want your opinion
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to follow through and respond to requests with high degree of accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism
- Ability to accept feedback to continuously improve
