
Senior Director of Life Science Sales

Join our global commercial team as a Senior Director of Life Sciences in Singapore. This individual will lead the Asia sales team and the activities which are focused on the successful execution of the revenues and margin dollars in target markets. Also, contribute by driving CSafe Global revenues within target markets; prospects, qualifies and closes new business and acts as CSafe Global advocate.
**Responsibilities**:
- Achieves overall and product line specific (Active, Passive) revenue objectives.
- Builds brand value and market awareness and penetrates new geographies with CSafe products.
- Develops and maintains long-term relationships and business with new and existing customers including a focus at the executive/decision maker level.
- Coordinates with sales teams to produce effective, strategic selling solutions with heavy focus on new active and passive systems sales.
- Clarifies and qualifies opportunities; develops proposals and makes formal presentations to potential clients.
- Ensure CSafe value proposition is clearly communicated it in the target market with customers, prospects and partners.
- Responsible for the direction of the Asia sales team to assess & prioritize new opportunities; helping to create sales conversion plans, ensuring company actions are completed on time, reviewing contract terms and conditions, and directing the company resources necessary to close on sales opportunities.
- Builds, trains, develops, and mentors the Asia sales team to assure the company possesses an effective sales team and a successful sales process.
- Identifies and builds necessary sales team to support company growth and industry demand.
- Maintains and communicates market knowledge; e.g., changes in customer environment and competitive landscape.
**Qualifications**:
- BS/BA degree in Business or related field.
- MBA beneficial.
- 10+ years’ experience in a complex sales management position. Ideally possesses experience in both domestic and international sales.
- Expertise in business-to-business, technical selling. Life sciences background preferred.
- Successful selling experience in selling tangible value-added solutions, preferably in the medical device, capital equipment and/or cold chain logistics industry.
- Successful experience in winning new customers
- Knowledge of medical, pharmaceutical, biotech, specialty packaging marketplaces is a plus.
- Consistent and verifiable track record for over-achieving sales quotas.
- Ability to build excellent relationships with customers and internal team members.
- Outstanding written and oral communication
- Strong analytical thinking and reasoning skills.
- Must be thorough and exercise attention to detail.
- Knowledge of complex sales tools such as “Strategic Selling.”
- Goal orientated, highly enthusiastic, dedicated to excellence and biased toward action.
- Acts and makes decisions with integrity.
