Specialist/ Manager Retail Consulting

Localise and manage Porsche Asia Pacific’s retail consulting program in connection with the global retail consulting strategy, the corporate strategy as well as market-individual growth potentials and requirements
- With the support of an automotive consultancy, identify, develop and implement optimisation processes, tools and best practices fostering the regional dealers’ and importers’ organisational development and operational efficiency
- Manage the agency accounts, budgets and deliverables projects and processes
- Ensure sustainable business improvements through an ongoing performance review, recurring importer and dealer coaching and the implementation of a transparent reporting process
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams at Porsche Asia Pacific, supporting the development and implementation of strategic projects across the region, to ensure a best possible market exploitation and long-term market development
**Requirements**:
- University degree in business administration or relevant other degree
- Minimum 3 years working experience in business development, sales and marketing, consulting or related business area
- Previous working experience with premium automotive on OEM, wholesale and/or retail level preferred
- Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
- Well established project management and reporting skills, with a high proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work in a multicultural environment and to travel within the Asia Pacific region
