Singapore CORPORATE TRAVEL MANAGEMENT (S) PTE. LTD. Full time

Maintain high level as of service standards and consulting skills by offering dedicated and professional customer service and constantly monitoring changes and updates
- Communicate and arrange travel services to clients not limited to air tickets issuance, arrange visa, and other specific travel arrangements
- To support and administer the air-tickets refunds process
- Keeping up to date with product knowledge and providing sound travel advice to client
- Compliance with client’s service level agreements
- Ability to be agile in an ever-changing environment

**Pre-requisite**:

- Diploma in IATA/UFTAA or with more than 5 years of working experience in a Travel Management companies
- Skills of travel industry systems (Sabre preferred)
- Good team player
- Good knowledge in Microsoft office excel
- Has enthusiasm to drive changes and improve workflow processes
- Strong in both oral and written English communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
