**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- (1) Project management - Drive transformation and implementation of thoughtfully-designed customer and employee journeys, leveraging data-driven operating model and human-centred design thinking, to deliver joyful banking - Undertake project planning & management role on strategic projects, overseeing deliverables and timeline fulfilment. - Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams including Head Office, Operation and other departments to define business requirements. - Possess strong appreciation of risk management and regulatory compliance, complying with external regulations and internal requirements - Brainstorm ideas with stakeholders on most efficient approach for digital implementation
- (2) Digital Strategy - Responsible to chart the digital road map for retail and non-retail business segments - Required to work closely with internal stakeholders (Business Unit, Legal, Compliance, IT, Operations) for various digital projects. - Be able to address business problems with concrete data insights. Enrich and manage data and translate insights into actions - Keeping abreast of macro & economic development and MAS research to identify opportunities and impact on business units.
- (3) Senior Management Update - Responsible for preparation of digital projects / strategy updates for various management meetings - Support Business Heads in various management digital updates including bi-monthly business review and any other committee updates.

- Degree in Banking and Finance or related fields, with 3-5 years of relevant experience. - Certification in Project management would be an added advantage - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders - Individual with strong business acumen and intuitive business judgement to support informed decision-making. - Strong problem solving skill-set with ability to multi-task under tight timeline. - Passionate about customer experience and journey design - Preferably with experience in design thinking, site design/development, management of technological projects, data analytics - Good written & spoken communication skills and competency in MS Powerpoint and MS Excel. - Strong ability to leverage on data, draw insights and support data-driven decision-making
