**Role Description:
The Customer Care Manager reports to the Managing Director and runs a team of 3 other Customer Care officers. Together, the department is responsible for handling sales from all channels, including walk-in, online, wholesale, B2B and B2G. It will process all orders and plan order fulfillment.
**Specific Responsibilities:
1. Roster planning
2. Handle customer escalation issues.
3. Oversee order fulfilment.
4. Oversee stock replenishment of the showroom.
5. Provide guidance to team members on how to handle customers better and improve the overall image of the company.
6. Ensure the team does proper housekeeping and keep the showroom clutter-free.
7. Ensure the technical team does proper housekeeping and keeps the service centre clutter-free.
