Our teachers are highly qualified and professionally trained in various language learning courses. Located in the heart of Singapore’s central business district and near 3 MRT stations (Raffles Place, Tanjong Pagar, and Telok Ayer), our language centres are open to anyone who wants to learn any of our languages.
The Student Recruitment Team supports students’ success and enhances the overall quality of the language learning experience for students. The individual must provide professional student administration support to follow up with students on different language programs. The individual should be independent in overseeing the Centre's operations and operational challenges.

**_The position offers a salary ranging from $3,200 to $3,500, depending on your relevant past work experience, with a probation period of 3 months. Additionally, we provide an Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) of a minimum of 1 month or higher based on the school's profitability.

**_The role requires availability from Monday to Thursday (9:30am to 7:30pm) and Saturday (9:30am to 5:30pm), with Fridays and Sundays off.

**_As a Senior Admin Executive, your main responsibility will be to provide recruitment support and administrative services to our language course students, reporting directly to the Centre Director.
- **
Our centre is conveniently located at 137 Cecil Street, Level 7.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the professional execution of student recruitment & admin support activities.
- Work closely with the marketing team on marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Report to Centre Directors for all admin and other operations matters
- To deliver a high level of quality service to our students.
- Plan and participate in activities to meet SkillsFuture T&Cs.
- Establish a professional working and consultative relationship with students.
- Complete required administrative & coordination tasks by ensuring communications, schedules, and customer records are accurately maintained
Job Requirements
- Service-focused and customer-oriented.
- Pleasant disposition, positive mindset and a strong drive to excel.
- Able to perform well under pressure and work independently.
- Prepared to work irregular work hours and weekends when required.
- Five days work schedule with one day off on weekdays & one day off on weekend
- Exhibit effective and timely written and oral communication skills. Required language(s): Chinese, English (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and associates )
