**Job Description**:

- Able to communicate well in English and Mandarin; due to main customer base being English and Mandarin speaking.
- Able to reach hanging tasting bottles which are 1.6 m away from the step ladder.
- Able to enter the tasting space which is less than a metre in width.
- Able to guide customers through the ordering system via iPad and Artificial Intelligence Brand Ambassador screen.
- Physically fit to be able to manage 5 kg fire-rated door.
- Preferably with min. 3 years retail experience.
