**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying user-centric digital experiences using Salesforce Experience Cloud. You will also leverage your 2-3 years of Service Cloud experience to enhance case management and service capabilities. Working closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce Admins, and fellow developers, you will help turn complex business requirements into scalable, intuitive, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) solutions tailored to business and user needs.
- Create custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and Apex classes/triggers to extend Experience Cloud functionality.
- Implement UI/UX best practices, theming, branding, and responsive design across Experience Cloud portals.
- Configure and manage key Experience Cloud features such as Topics, Knowledge Base, Case Management, and Collaboration Tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical and functional requirements.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, middleware, or custom interfaces as required.
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce development standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
- Maintain and optimize existing Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Required**:

- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 3 years working with Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, including site setup, branding, and customization.
- Proficient in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Aura.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, sharing rules, and role hierarchy.
- Familiarity with case management, knowledge articles, and support automation in Service Cloud.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and integration patterns.
- Understanding of user experience (UX) and responsive design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred**:

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Experience Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant).
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
