Nuverse is a game development and publishing brand under Bytedance, for players and developers around the world. With the mission of "Inspire Creativity, Enrich Life", we are dedicated to serving gamers worldwide, helping 1 billion gamers play and create together in amazing virtual worlds.

In order to better connect our game with players in different regions of the world, we need to cooperate with partners in various regions. For now, we're focusing on the exploration of mobile and PC gaming channels in Southeast Asia and looking for an enthusiastic professional who is interested in the game publishing business to support our cooperation with local institutions in Southeast Asia.

2. Responsible for the setup and management of the quality system in the game business technology center, build a quality system that adapts to the business line, and embrace industry's best practices with the characteristics of the business line. Including culture, process, technology, tools, etc;
3. Responsible for project iteration and problem solving;
4. Investigate cutting-edge testing technologies to improve testing efficiency and better guarantee business;
5. Responsible for team building and establish a sound personnel management and training mechanism.
1.Good team-worker, good at communication and business advancement;
2. Expertise in one or more programming languages, be familiar with regular programming languages, good skills in technical architecture and framework;
3. Have a sophisticate methodology for quality assurance of game projects and software. Expertise in testing requirements analysis and design. Have good experience in manage and setup quality process for large scale on line game project;
4. Team management experience is required, and experience in large-scale quality team management is preferred;
5. Experience in game business testing is preferred.
