We are seeking an intern to work closely with our Health, Safety, & Environment (“HSE”) Team to create content and drive safer outcomes onsite by collaborating with the HSE team to ideate, develop, and create content-including video-as part of safety campaigns and training courses.

You will design, storyboard, and create content that clearly communicate important concepts to serve the project needs. You will be responsible for production-including filming and video editing-of content to be shared on the project.

You may also be asked to provide administrative support by creating instructional guides to support training and facilitate faster onboarding.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in video editing software
- Demonstrated experience creating video content
- Demonstrated experience creating visual diagrams such as flowcharts using visual diagram tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, Draw.io.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Interest in content creation as demonstrated through prior projects, internships, student clubs, and hobbies
- Familiarity with video editing software like Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro
- Demonstrated examples of improving personal or organizational productivity
- Strong communication skills of instruction and persuasion
- Campaign management
- Interest in instructional design

Construction or engineering experience is not necessary.
