**What is the role?**

As a Multimedia Designer, you are passionate about bringing content to life, and adept at developing, 2D and 3D visuals, animated content, motion graphics, and live-action videos for our digital platforms.

To be successful as Multimedia Designer, you should have a background in digital design, be highly skilled in CGI software, have excellent communication skills, and have the ability to collaborate on projects. You are someone who has the visual design skills to develop high-quality animated content that engages the audience.

You are responsible for executing strong multi-format content marketing campaigns involving video, written stories, infographics, audio and social media. The job requires ideation, pitching, project management, client management, and exceptional multitasking skills.

This job is for a proactive self-starter who enjoys a collaborative process. Time management is key. People skills are essential. Experience in graphic design, illustration, animation, and video production is a must.

**What will I do?**
- Develop high-impact assets, from static creatives and motion graphics to live-action videos. This includes GIFs, explainer videos, and brand videos.
- Working closely with clients, campaign owners, content, and creative teams for creative conceptulisation.
- Scripting, mood boarding and storyboarding. Putting ideas into frames to tell great stories.
- Develop multimedia content ideas in collaboration with graphic designers, visual designers, and software programmers.
- Performing media edits swiftly based on feedback.
- Managing production timelines and execution.
- Deliver high-quality design and video work within time and technical constraints.
- Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams to ideate on design briefs and propose practical ways to bring creative ideas to life.
- Stay on top of the latest trends in video production, motion design and interaction.
- Create original artwork for digital image processing.
- Record, edit and encode audio files.

- Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles, and animation.
- Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content.
