In this role, you'll be managing cross functional, full life cycle technical and functional delivery of technical presales activities for customers across all Asia Pacific regions. You should possess leadership, interpersonal, and business skills to work colaboratively with all supporting teams to grow our Enterprise account base. The Senior SE Manager leads a team of Enterprise SEs and reports to our Global Solutions Engineering Director.

As a Senior SE Manager, you'll be responsible for:

- Deliver world class solutions and drive customer satisfaction
- Work closely with counterparts in Sales and Channels Management to grow the business
- Responsible for managing to a regional sales bookings number
- Proactively drive initiatives to improve the regional pre-sales capabilities of the team to improve sales efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Develop yearly resource planning and allocation strategy, in alignment with the division director
- Ensure the team follows the standards of the SE role including customer and partner external activities, and internal best practice and compliance activities
- Responsible for developing teams sales, technical, and leadership skills to innovate solutioning capabilities, scale the business, and achieve employee satisfaction
- Travel up to 40%
**Do what you love**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have 12 years of relevant experience and a Bachelors Degree or its equivalent
- Demonstrate experience managing a team, including career coaching, performance management, and mentoring
- Experience with Enterprise IDS/IPS, or Web Application Firewalls
- Experience with Secure Internet Gateways (SIG) or Secure Web Gateways (SWG), Identity Access Management, and Digital Identity
- Knowledgeable in the concepts of Zero Trust security
- Experience with Firewall Segmentation / Micro-segmentation
- Familiar with and Experience in Identity Aware Proxies, Identity as a Service, and Software as a Service
