**Role Summary**

You will be responsible for successful customers’ product full lifecycle, including but not limited to, technology transfers, new products introduction, device performance, yield, and reliability of our advanced technologies

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and oversee the successful qualification of new products and seamless technology transfers from the mother fab, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Direct complex data analysis initiatives to diagnose process design limitations and manufacturing equipment challenges, driving continuous improvement efforts.
- Strategically design and supervise experimental plans, evaluate multifaceted data sets, and translate findings into actionable recommendations that enhance yield and optimize performance across various technologies and product lines.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to sustain process stability, troubleshoot critical issues, and deliver effective technical solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and drive projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with technical and business objectives.

**Education Qualification & Essential Experiences**
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related STEM field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in silicon process flow enhancements and managing process shifts, changes with design rules and product layout, ensuring optimal yield, electrical test and product performance with short-and long-term reliability implications considerations
- Must be available to travel to Taiwan for a training period lasting 6 to 9 months
