**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead engaging and effective group fitness classes in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
- Provide personalized attention and support to participants, ensuring a safe and motivating environment.
- Develop and implement creative and challenging workout routines that cater to a diverse range of fitness levels and goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized workout space, including equipment setup and breakdown.
- Collaborate with team members to promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the fitness center.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, continually seeking opportunities for professional development.

**Requirements**:

- Certified fitness instructor with a recognized accreditation (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM).
- Prior experience leading group fitness classes preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire participants of all fitness levels.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- CPR/AED Certified

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 per week

**Experience**:

- Group Coaching: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- CPR/AED (required)
- Personal Trainer Certification or relevant qualification (required)
