**Position Overview**:
The Studio Manager at CAVO Fitness is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the studio, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and managing staff. This role involves handling studio logistics, client relationships, team coordination, and business growth through effective leadership and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Studio Operations**: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including equipment management, class schedules, and facility maintenance.
- **Client Experience**: Provide exceptional customer service, manage client inquiries, and resolve issues quickly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- **Staff Management**: Oversee trainers and front-desk staff, ensuring high performance, professionalism, and alignment with company goals.
- **Sales & Marketing**: Promote memberships, personal training, and retail products. Implement marketing campaigns and events to attract and retain clients.
- **Revenue & Financial Management**: Monitor studio performance, manage memberships, track sales, and help meet financial targets.
- **Administrative Support**: Handle bookings, client contracts, and other administrative duties, ensuring accurate records and compliance with company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in fitness studio or gym management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a team effectively.
- Familiarity with fitness software (e.g., Mindbody) is a plus.
- Passion for fitness and helping clients achieve their goals.
