**DUTIES**
- Providing internal support for Thought Machine employees in Singapore and internationally
- Keep the existing office technology running smoothly and work with the wider IT and operations team on upgrades, expansions and moves
- Partnering with the other members of the IT team to provide education on, and enforce IT policies
- Identifying gaps and weaknesses
- Contributing to infrastructure improvements with other members of the team or as independent projects.
- Provision and deploy hardware for employees

**Requirements**:
**Essential**
- Solid foundation in Linux and Mac OS
- Experience troubleshooting desktop and laptop hardware
- Solid understanding of networking concepts
- 3 years of relevant experience

**Desirable**
- Familiarity with JAMF Pro
- Experience with Cisco networking equipment
- Audio Visual experience
- G Suite Administration
- Bash and/or Python Scripting
