**Model Governance**:

- Maintain model governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory of all models used within the APAC region.
- Ensure that model lifecycle is implemented for all in-scope models.
- Facilitate communication between various departments regarding model usage and governance issues.
- Model validation for in-scope models.

**Data Governance**:

- Oversee data management processes to maintain the integrity, security, and availability of data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT to establish data standards and best practices across APAC region.
- Monitor and report on data governance metrics and compliance adherence.
- Manage metadata repositories and data catalogs using technical knowledge of data flows.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or equivalent with experience in Financial Institution in Data Governance, Model Governance and BCBS 239.
- Good Project Management, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player and strong sense of ownership of outcomes.
- Meticulous, with an eye for details.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Able to work under tight time lines on multiple projects.
- Experience in Model Validation is a plus.
