**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Regional GTM (Go-To-Market)

① Set up the External Business GTM Strategy

(Market Research, New Business Area Selection, Strategic Account Management and Plan for securement etc.)

② Discover New GTM Business and setup expansion plan (Secure Short-List, Cold call etc.)

③ Perform as a Communication Channel between HQ-RHQ

(should align Business strategy and direction between HQ-RHQ)

④ Promote the Commercialization
- External Business BO

① Setup BO management system

② Discover New BO & research partner (channel)

③ Check the Business Integrity through analyzing the subsidiary management status

(Sales/Account Receivable/Settlement delay & Biz Health Checking etc.)

④ Manage the customer with deficits, establish measures for the sales recovery

⑤ Set up the measure and implement for discovery of Strategic Account

(set up the measure for new or existing customer and develop into Strategic Account)

⑥ Business Proposal and support Up/Cross Selling
- Assigned tasks

① Organize the monthly meeting among subsidiaries, External Business BO regular discussion and workshops

② Manage the Win-Ratio and business/ operation issue

③ Establish the External Business strategy for each subsidiary at Global Strategic Meeting (first half/second half)

④ Set up the half year education to enhance the ability of subsidiary sales representative and AM
- set up strategy for bonded import/export strategy
- set up custom direct operation plan and strategy

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 7 years of experiences in consulting or planning/marketing in global logistics company
- Good understanding of logistics sales operation
- Good communicator and comfortable with strategy writing/presentation
- Good at powerpoint documentation
