**Boeing Global Services** (BGS) is seeking a **Commercial Sales Focal - Integrated Program Team for Digital Aviation Flight Deck & Data Solutions **to join the **BGS Services and Marketing **team in direct support of **Digital Aviation Solutions (DAS) Flight Products and Services.**
The DAS portfolio consists of solutions focused on Jeppesen’s legacy services for Flight Deck Solutions & Navigation Data; Flight Solutions (Flight Planning, Crew Planning, Environmental Sustainability); and Technical Solutions (Aircraft Health Maintenance, Records Management, Maintenance Performance Toolbox, Predictive Analytics).
The role can be based out of **Dubai, UAE; Beijing, China and Singapore.
**Position responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with Commercial Sales Leadership to define and promote global sales strategy for the respective IPT
- Track and support strategic campaigns and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with IPT leadership to define competitive strategy and target markets
- Support Integrated Program Reviews representing sales performance, targets and growth opportunities
- Supports the IPT providing sales metrics.
- Supports customer and program communication
- Demonstrates expertise in all products and services incorporated under the IPT. Able to differentiate value in the marketplace for Boeing solutions
- Understand the competitive landscape for IPT products and services
- Develops and uses collaborative relationships within and outside the organization to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals
- Builds rapport and trust among stakeholders and leverages the organization's dynamics to promote goals by focusing on a shared vision
- Shares DAS vision for integrated services and technologies and advocates for development towards this vision

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:
- Experience in DAS portfolio of products & services
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**:
- Experience with commercial sales of enterprise software in the aviation industry.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Experience building cross functional relationships with global stakeholders.
**Typical Education/Experience**:
Education/experience typically associated with advanced sales acumen and/or managing product/service go-to-market strategies. Typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
