**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**

1. Conduct resident assessment and therapy planning

2. Perform therapy interventions and resident education

3. Manage risk and quality

4. Assist the therapist in clinical administration and operations

5. Participate in continuing education and research activities

6. Supervise therapy aides in their therapy activities

7. Conduct transfer and physiotherapy-related trainings for clinical staff

**OTHER DUTIES**

1. Involve in orientation program for new therapy assistants

2. Involve in supervision and mentoring program for therapy assistants

**JOB SPECIFICATION**

**Qualifications**

1. Diploma in a related discipline (for local staff)

2. Certificate in Physiotherapy or Degree in Physiotherapy (for foreign staff)

**Additional skills and knowledge**

1. Knowledge of equipment

2. Knowledge of proper lifting technique

3. Independent as well as a good team player

4. Preferably with 4-6 years of relevant therapy working experience.

5. Experience in Senior Care Centres/Active Aging Hubs will be advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,200.00 per month
