- Provide support to director and managers as and when required.
- Update internal operation procedures documents needed.
- Coordinate with Manger to arrange the jobsite schedule and to provide follow-ups.
- Support the Manager in managing and resolving operational issues.
- Work with Manager to provide excellent customer service.
- Record client's calling and requirement;
- Order the office products, do the purchasing;
- Support the administrative works at jobsite;
- Reconcile payments and receipts to various parties on time.
- Inform and assist the director and managers for meeting set-up and document preparation.
- filing and computer office works like word,excel,power point and pdf.
- Other job assigned.

**Requirements**:
1) Willing to work at office or job site office environment.

2) Prefer someone with good communicationskill and leadership.;
3) At least 2 years related experience ;
4) Must be willing to work over-time and stay back late for works;
5) someone willing to take hardship job;
6) Willing to work on weekends or public holidays for essential job.
