**Job description ;**
- To liaise with the different ICT Internal and external providers/vendors for the technical management support
- Proactively attending to resolve vessel's IT operational issues, as well as contributing and sharing your technical expertise on broader vessel IT projects
- Ensuring that vessel IT equipment and services and satelite communications are stable and available in accordance with business continuity.
- Providing excellent IT support and quality of service to all vessels.
- Proactive and open communication with the Fleet IT manager in the implementation of updated cybersecurity methods and policies
- Building and maintainning the databases for the fleet, ensuring that all relevant documentation and system logs are updated and remain current in content

**Requirement ;**
- Degree holder, **Computer Science/Engineering **, Electrical or Electronics and Communication Engineering Degree or equivalent
- Experience and successful track record in vessel IT support and infrastructure, delivery, within a global shipping company.

dealing with a broad set of activities within a fast-paced environment, whilst managing pressure well.
**- Advance Networking skills and working knowledge with firewall and managed switch configuration.**
**- Experience in Windows Server Administration, VMARE and Virtualization implementation.**
**- Logical thinker with a strong analytical background and good attention to detail while having strong focus on delivering quality and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skill together with the ability to support decisions with sound reasoning and judgment.
- Clear, Precise, and confident in verbal and written communication to support credibility and position of expertise flexibility to work prolonged hours and travel as necessary.
