- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Source and manage the inventory of ingredients required for Myanmar dishes.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation consistently meet expectations.
- Collaborate with the catering team to plan and execute successful events.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a chef, preferably with expertise in Myanmar cuisine.
- Ability to prepare a wide range of Myanmar dishes authentically and consistently.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced catering environment.
- Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English or other applicable languages is an advantage.
