**Regulatory Manager, APAC - based in Singapore**

As the Regulatory Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:

- Drive and support regulatory registrations for new probiotic strains/products in existing and new markets - including compiling and creating documentation relevant to products and registrations
- Serves as the regulatory lead on key projects and initiatives
- Act as contact with government agencies, customers, and suppliers regarding regulatory matters
- Represent the company in industry associations
- Serving as a key resource for company-generated product information (e.g., ingredients, analysis methods, subcontractors, labels, claims, specifications, and packaging)
- Provide strategic guidance to effectively navigate the regulatory environment
- Work closely with R&D, QA, Marketing and Sales
- S. or equivalent in a science-related field
- 7+ years of regulatory experience, preferably in the probiotic field, including 5-10 years in APAC markets
- Experience bringing new ingredients and finished products to market
- Strong understanding of regional regulatory requirements
- Ability to execute with excellence while being strategically minded
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with R&D, Marketing, and Sales
- Experience working with industry associations
- Ability to work with many different cultures
- Experience interacting with regulatory authorities
- Behaves and communicates professionally, with good organizational awareness
- Self-starter, independent and proactive
- Multi-lingual (Chinese and English preferred)

The role is based at Probi’s office in Singapore. Probi has a hybrid working environment where employees can work virtually 40% of the time.
