**Regulatory Affairs Executive, APAC**:

- As a Regulatory Affairs Executive, you are responsible to ensure regulatory compliance of raw materials, formula and finished goods are in accordance with the standard requirements. You will be required ensure accuracy and efficiency of documentation through in-house system and processes to enable a speedy response to customer request. Additionally, this role is responsible for various documentation and certifications related to food regulatory agencies and Halal/Kosher certification for the APAC region.**The Position**:

- Assess raw material regulatory compliance and provide timely regulatory approval on new raw material or alternate supplier
- Work closely with vendor to secure satisfactory raw material information, regulatory related certificates
- Liaise with APAC Procurement & Purchasing team and raw material Global Approval team to achieve timely full approval of APAC raised raw material
- Verify the regulatory data in SAP system with respect to approved Vendor information
- Manage APAC Material Change Process and support other region to raise Material Change Request
- Work with all key stakeholders to complete the Material Change process
- Review and approve the Material Consolidation requests related to Regulatory Affairs Raw Material matters
- Proactively handle data gaps in the System with vendor and key stakeholders
- Assist on other projects assigned by Superior.
- Liaise with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) to deliver the necessary export certification such as Health and Free sale certificate
- Bachelor of Science in Food Science/Chemistry/Technologies or related fields. Master is an added advantage.
- Strong critical thinker and learning capabilities
- Ability to understand and interpret relevant rules and regulations
- Detail-oriented, diligent, responsible, reliable and agile.
- Strong team player with consistent track record
- Self-starter to meet deadlines for all requests
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple time-constrained tasks
