**Job description**
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with developers and other designers to ensure seamless implemention of designs
- Conduct usability testing to identify area for imporvement
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our products remain competitive
- Work with CTO | COO to define project goals and requirments
- Communicate design decisions to CTO | COO and team members
- Develop branding and visual identity materials for clients, including logs, print collateral, and social media graphics

**Requirments**:

- Proven experience as UX | UI Designer and Graphic Designer, with strong portfolio of work demostrating youir design skill and process
- Proficiency in designj tools such as Figma and adobe creative suites
- Familiarity with HTMI, CSS and JavaScript
- Knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skill
- A strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout
- A passion foe creatinguser centered dssign that solve real world problems
- Experience developing bradning and visual identity materials
- Good team spirit, well-organised and meticulous
- Excellent time management and meet deadline

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in design related field suchas Graphic design, Interaction design, HCI
- At least 2 years of professional experience in UI | UX design and graphic design
