**Role Description**
As the Head of Global Business Operations, you will drive strategic planning of the business and optimize business operations across Singapore, Australia, and Malaysia. You will oversee both the Business Operations team and the Business Intelligence function, leveraging data-driven insights to shape and implement comprehensive strategies, processes, and initiatives that drive Homage's business and operational growth. Reporting to the Chief Product and Operating Officer, you will be a key member of the global leadership team responsible for propelling Homage's mission forward.
**Responsibilities**
- Generate insights, conduct analysis, and provide strategic recommendations to drive business growth, operational excellence, consistency, and efficiency across our markets
- Collaborate closely with the Operations team to streamline processes and optimise resource allocation to deliver growth at scale.
- Lead the Business Intelligence function to analyse business metrics, trends, and patterns, and transform them into actionable recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Champion the standardisation of operational processes and tools across countries and business units, ensuring high efficiency, productivity, and scalability for global expansion.
- Program manage and execute strategic projects related to product and operations scalability, ensuring successful rollouts, adoption, and measurable impact.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication of business objectives, benefits, and risks for key levers and product rollouts.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between product teams and other departments to drive product adoption and resolve issues.
- Lead and mentor the Global Business Operations and Business Intelligence teams, orchestrating headcount planning, talent acquisition, and professional development of talent to foster an exceptional and high-performing team.
**Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, accompanied by a minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience in both strategic planning and business operations
- Proven track record of architecting and implementing business growth and operational strategies, protocols, and frameworks for large-scale initiatives across multiple countries, ideally within a technology-driven environment.
- People management with a size of 5+ HC and experience working in a multi-country set-up required
- Proficiency in leveraging data-driven insights to facilitate informed decision-making, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- A results-driven mindset, with an ability to mobilize teams across departments and markets to drive execution to meet objectives promptly.
- Additional experience within the healthcare industry is a plus, demonstrating a well-rounded perspective on the intersection of technology and care provision.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of data analysis and Business Intelligence concepts, enabling you to extract insights and inform strategic decision-making.
- Entrepreneurial drive and a demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication as well as stakeholder management skills across various functions and levels of the organization.
