Overview:
**Job Summary**
Responsible for driving the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.

**Essential Functions and Responsibilities**:
- Build comprehensive marketing plan to drive Cordis’ products in market with price, positioning, segmentation, communication channel, messaging and targeting plan for cluster of countries in South East Asia
- Work closely with distributors to develop and support tender specification, maintain the obsolete list of SKUs and make sure we are quoting right codes in tender
- Gather sales trend of the assigned portfolio, perform analytics and share the insights with sales team
- Participate in monthly distributor reviews and develop chatter for the follow up
- Build marketing dashboard to monitor the product performance as per defined priority
- Should have a solution based approach and position Cordis as one window solution for peripheral cases
- Analyze market data to develop strategies, and define product objectives and drive the same
- Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
- Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re successful achieved
- Coordinate with compliance, CET and IDP team to successfully execute marketing programs
- Work with local LSPs and global ERP Admin to set the product attributes and pricing in the ERP system
- Spend at least two days in field with customer and keep building and validating marketing plan with VoCs
- Maintain product master data and build specifications to support tenders
- Led product demo, booth branding and product communication in key conferences
- Ability to work with mínimal handholding, Develop and drive marketing programs and execute
- Drive successful product launches in alignment with Marketing manager and Sales leader
- Drive product training especially periodically for new teammates and existing teammates
- Strong marketing communication with both internal and external stakeholders
- Market and portfolio analysis on a continuous basis to drive strong tactics
- Assist driving sales and/or campaigns by acting as a product/procedure expert
- Support necessary CMEs and work with KOLs to develop voice for assigned Therapy
- Econometrics: Understand costs associated with Disease and Surgical Solution. Ability to draw up patient pathway
Qualifications:
**Qualifications**
- Should have 2+ Years of experience in product management and product launch, overall 5+ years of experience in medical devices, having background of Endovascular segment will have added advantage
- Must have experience to work in Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand and Philippines or at least experience of 2 markets
- Experience in working with creative agencies and market research agencies, particularly providing briefs and evaluating work, would be preferred.
- Ability to develop and align clear goal with marketing function to deliver high growth
- Proven successes engaging with:
- Internal - including marketing, clinical and local clients.
