Financial Analyst

- Reporting to P&A Director in US
- Basic + VB + 14 days AL
**Responsibilities**:
- **Data Collection**Gather and transform data from multiple sources for analysis in Excel.
Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies.
Collaborate with team members to establish and maintain data quality protocols.
- **Data Analysis**Conduct data analysis using Excel and provide clear, concise reports.
Support monthly and quarterly reporting of key business metrics.
- **Data Visualization**Develop engaging charts and graphs to present insights using Excel and PowerPoint.
- **Collaboration**Partner with cross-functional teams, including Accounting and general managers, to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
**Additional Information**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Data Science.
- 1-2 years of experience in a financial or operations analyst role.
- Manufacturing analytical experience preferred.
- Experience analyzing and dissecting P&Ls.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (vLookups, Indexing, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
**Additional Desirable Skills**
- Proficient in Power BI.
- Familiarity with Sage X3, APIs, and other financial software tools.
- Capable of working independently and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
