NorthEast Singapore Rentokil Initial Full time

Prepare and submit audit reports mainly for client’s audit purposes.
- Conduct and assist with classroom trainings or practical trainings when assigned by the management. (e.g. SDS)
- Act as liaison between the management and the customers’ through regular meetings and communications.
- Furnish written reports or feedbacks to customers so as to keep them updated of our follow-up actions or recommendations to resolve pest problems.
- Maintain work discipline and conduct of technicians.
- Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are always maintained and exercised by technicians.
- Provide feedbacks to customers at completion of each job assignments so that customers are aware of our presence, service status and developments.
- Develop good customer relation by being cordial, friendly, responsive and receptive to their concerns with pest issues.
- Update pest counts in excel for clients.
- Trend report analysis for all hotels and hospitals clients.
- Communication between technicians and entomologist regarding findings on site for trending reporting.
- Update of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) relating to chemicals when necessary.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments as instructed by the management.

**Requirements**:

- **2 years of QA support & coordination experience**:

- **Experience in analysis work**:

- Good in Excel skills
- Posses good customer service and communication skills
