- The FCC Compliance Project Manager is a permanent role and sits within the Financial Crimes Compliance team. This role primarily supports the implementation of a Customer Due Diligence and On-Boarding System (“CDD System”).

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Key Responsibility Areas: Specific roles and responsibilities in relation to the deployment of the CDD System Contribute to the design, implementation and coordination of the CDD System that deliver effective business unit outcomes and meet client service delivery needs (i.e. Customer Experience). Manage and oversee Compliance-related aspects of the CDD system implementation, including developing and monitoring project plans, coordinating resources, and monitoring budgets (where applicable) to ensure successful project milestones are met. Prepare a range of project-related documents for key stakeholders as required (including reporting at the local governance forums and the Board), including status updates, reports, budgets and discussion papers to manage the flow of information. Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately Work effectively with team members towards mutual continued project updates, decisions and resolution of issues. Good working knowledge of MAS Notice 626 (and relevant MAS Guidelines, Circulars and Practice Notes).

- Requirements Degree holder with at least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience running CDD-related projects Non-technical Project Management skills: - Leadership Good prioritization, organizational and multi-tasking skills Good communication and negotiation skills Risk Management Patience Ability to travel to Kuala Lumpur at short notice for short periods. Project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Critical Chain Project Management, etc.) Project management tools (JIRA, Gantt Project, Asana, etc.)
