**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the kitchen team in food preparation and plating according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Support the chefs and cooks in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Help with ingredient portioning, chopping, and basic food preparation tasks.
- Assist in receiving and storing incoming food supplies, ensuring proper labeling and rotation.
- Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely service during busy periods.
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines, including proper handling and storage of perishable items.
- Assist in cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils.
- Support in maintaining inventory levels of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen manager or head chef.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is a plus, but not required.
- Passion for food and a desire to learn and grow in a culinary setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and carry out tasks efficiently.
- Adaptability and willingness to assist in various kitchen-related tasks.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
