**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in receiving and checking incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Pick, pack, and label merchandise in preparation for shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, Reach Trucks, and adhering to all safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment at all times.
- Conduct inventory counts and help manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to optimize processes and minimize errors.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Follow all company guidelines regarding packaging and shipping.
- Report any discrepancies or concerns to the Warehouse Manager immediately.
- Assist in processing returns, following specific procedures and guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
- Forklift certification or willingness to be trained.
- Knowledge in WMS system will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving the whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials
