**Responsibilities**:

- All network-related deployment and problem troubleshooting.
- Network problems (liaison with internal level 2 and 3 network engineers).
- Server problems (liaison with internal level 2 and 3 server engineers).
- Wireless problems. (liaison with internal level 2 and 3 server engineers).
- Liaise with other vendors and internal/external groups as required.
- Daily Call Details (outstanding tickets, closed tickets, and work in progress)
- Monthly Call Details (calls logged, answered, abandoned, repeated)
- Monthly Summary Activity (showing details of Desktop Operations) Service Level Reports
- Provide general user-level support but do not require rectifying software bugs, program errors, or complex usage problems.
- Handle weekly IT infrastructure activity assigned as part of normal duties.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary education (Diploma / Degree) in relevant field or equivalent;
- At least 1 to 3 years of working experience in a helpdesk support/call center environment is preferred;
- Good working knowledge of other IT domains, including software, hardware (EUC Endpoints/Printers), servers, and network operations;
- Prior knowledge of System Administration Windows 10 and Windows Server 2012 / 2016, Microsoft Office 2013, Microsoft Intune, MDM, Okta (SSO), Sharepoint, Antivirus / Encryption, Office365 / Azure AD, AIX experience will be beneficial;
- Ability to multi-task, take initiative, and work independently with multiple stakeholders;
- A can-do attitude with a positive outlook and ability to work under pressure;
- Team player;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build solid business relationships;
- Preferably with basic networking knowledge;
