**About the role**
We are looking for a **Business Intelligence Analyst** to support the **Commercial** team (Business Development, Account Managers) in making data informed decisions. You will be providing them with data and analysis regarding customer behaviour as well as volume and revenue tracking. You will be responsible for retention strategies, metrics tracking dashboards, recommending new features to build in marketing campaigns, and much more.

**What will you be doing**
- Create, test and evaluate performance metrics to align with company's direction
- Support data requests from various teams and building dashboards
- Update and maintain of management reports
- Identify, track and iron out revenue streams
- Design, build and improve BI solutions
- Mine business insights from data; transform insights into action plans
- Automate reports by optimizing the data query process
- Liaise with various business functions to understand product and data, and translate technical specifications to business needs

**What you will need**
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business or Analytics
- Minimum 1 year working experience in Sales/Payment Analytics (internships included)
- Proficient in MySQL for data extraction and analysis
- Strong experience in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (PivotTable, VLOOKUP, Index/Match)
- Prior experience with any BI software
- Prior working experience in data analytics using CRM tools (HubSpot, etc)
- Structured, critical and analytical thinking to deep dive for insights and problem solving
- Effective planning, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate across different business functions within the organization
- Industry experience in a SaaS/fintech business will be an added advantage

- Full remote working arrangement is available
- We welcome applicants within a 2 hour time difference from Singapore (GMT+08:00)
