**Senior Vice President, Shipping & Aviation
This role is responsible for leading a Shipping & Aviation team to achieve the Global Shipping & APAC Aviation annual targets, including identifying & originating cross-border opportunities outside of Head Office.

Main clients are International Corporates in the Shipping & Aviation industries.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide a full range of Shipping & Aviation financing services such as financing arrangement services
- Write & share quarterly reports on shipping & aviation markets to Head Office colleagues (in Korean)
- Source & originate Shipping & Aviation Finance deals in the market using market knowledge & network
- Conduct Initial Review on all deals (in English & Korean)
- Maintain relationships with Head Office’s clients in Global (Shipping) & Asia Pacific (Aviation) regions on behalf of Head Office
- Prepare the Credit Review reports (both in English & Korean) to identify & analyze the project risks. Present these reports to Head Office
- Negotiate with sponsors, perform Due Diligence, address queries from Head Office
- Support Head Office & address issues raised by credit officer to get approval
- Review financial models, termsheet & documentation
- Arrange a variety of funding sources including bank loans, equity or hybrid securities, etc.
- Periodically send project progress reports to Head Office & submit ad-hoc reports or enquiries requested by Head Office

**Requirements**:

- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Accountancy, Economics, CFA or CPA qualifications will be a plus
- 10 years' experience in commercial banking industry including minimum 2 years' experience in Aviation &/or Shipping transactions
- Must have good experience dealing with Aviation & Shipping as a financial arranger
- Able to originate, structure, execute Aviation & Shipping transactions based on extensive knowledge & skills
- Possess financial experience for project sponsors on pre & post bidding, modeling & financial structuring
- Good networks with corporate financiers & sponsors including Asia Pacific region
- Good credit, industry research & financial analytical skills
- Prior people management experience will be a plus.
- Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint & MS Excel
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Highly self-motivated, supportive & collaborative
- Business level proficiency in written & verbal English & Korean is required for communication with Korean & International Corporate Clients, Head Office, Singapore Branch & Overseas Branches (including reading, writing, presenting & answering queries on business plans, credit loan review papers, market research reports & Head Office's questionaire/data requests.
