Ryde started as a ride-sharing platform that matches drivers with riders going the same way to share a ride (RydePool), but we haven’t stopped there. We have established extended product services to include an e-payment platform (RydePay), taxi booking, and insurance purchases. We are continuously building features that benefit everyone.

We are now looking to hire an experienced **Human Resources and Administrative Executive**. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions in payroll, compensation and benefit, and other HR administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist HR Manager and responsible for handling the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions.
- Processing and timely submission of Form IR21, NS make-up claims, and all government-paid leave claims.
- Handle monthly payroll administration / monthly preparation.
- Administer employee benefits such as leaves, medical, etc.
- Ensure that newly hired employees are properly oriented about the company.
- Ensure complete, up-to-date, accurate, and accessible records are kept for all employees.
- Provide the necessary confidential administrative support for all human resource, office admin, and receptionist functions.
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycle.
- Other ad-hoc HR & Admin duties & projects delegated from management and superior.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management.
- At least 5 years of relevant HR Admin experience.
- Outstanding written and communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; an ability to instill trust and work with discretion.
- Good negotiation skills and ability to manage conflicts and find resolutions.
- Able to promote and manage change.
- Good organizational skills to ensure departments are working effectively.
- Excellent IT and report-writing skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage conflicting priorities and meet challenging deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and think laterally.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Familiarity with compensation & benefit systems.
- Salary will be commensurate with your working experience.
