To work with the team to achieve the targets set for the Boutique
To optimise stock level and sell-through by knowing the trends and communicating with the merchandisers
To communicate business updates regularly to the Office
To represent brand image within the Boutique and Community and lead the team to develop strong clientele base with a high potential to sales.
To have an active participation of events creation and organisation in order to develop sales of all products categories.
To be the leader by instilling prestige, vision and passion to your teams
To develop sales and managment skills of your team, delegating responsibilities to your team and monitor ther performance regularly
To integrate newcomers, motivate the team and develop their skills

Proven track record of obtaining sales results and building regular clientele base
Excellent Communication, coaching, presentation skills with attention to detail
Ability to influence, motivate and groom team members
Knowledge of luxury fashion brands and excellent fashion sense and trend awareness
Knowledge in computer skills like Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
Willing to work retail hours, weekends and Public Holidays
Professional and polished outlook and disposition.
