**Working locations**: Orchard (Taka)/ Tampines Mall / Serangoon NEX

**Working Hours (Rotating shifts. OT when required)**:

- 8.30am-5.30pm/ 9am-6pm
- 11am-10pm/ 12pm-10pm

**Working days**:6days per week

**Salary**: Up to $3500 per month

**Job Duties**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the bakery outlet, including opening and closing procedures, staffs management and customer service.
- Lead and motivate a team of bakery staffs to achieve sales targets and deliver top-notch service.
- Train, mentor and supervise new staffs providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the outlet, including display areas, workstations and storage areas.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards as well as Company's SOPs.
- Handle customers' inquiries, feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective marketing strategies.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a Managerial/ Supervisory role, preferably in the food service or retail industry.
- Knowledge of bakery operations and food safety standards is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts.
