**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to functional requirements and translate them into technical design and development projects.
- Design, implement and integrate new components in the solutions.
- Evaluate and liaise with users and the development team on system requirements gathering, documentation, technical evaluation, and creating/performing user acceptance tests for successful system implementation.
- Identify system gaps and recommend solutions as per user requirements.
- Lead development of web parts in APS.NET, Workflow and InfoPath forms, Strong understanding of Document management & Taxonomy configuration
- Setup Development / UAT and Production environments
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proficient in ASP.NET, SharePoint, Workflows, InfoPath, and Microsoft technology stack.
- Strong understanding of Document Management Systems and SharePoint Taxonomy.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to lead and work across functional teams.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate, or Scrum Master are advantageous.
