**Director (IT Infrastructure)
**Summary**

We are looking for an experienced Director to oversee all IT infrastructure functions in our company. The individual will provide leadership to the IT Shared Service team in both operational and governance capabilities. The incumbent will oversee and manage a team of over 40 managers, leads and engineers. This role reports to the President and Business Head of IT.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Accountable for a high-performing computing infrastructure including, but not limited to, planning and management of Infrastructure services (servers, network, databases, middleware, storage)
- Responsible for services and support availability, strategic planning, and management of the company's IT infrastructure
- Provide oversight to software craftsmanship, security, availability, resilience, and scalability of solutions developed by the teams and/or through third-party providers
- Partner with experienced product leaders, lead systems architects, and engineering managers to develop product functional and technical strategies for the line of business product portfolio, to drive and achieve overall strategic goals
- Identify comprehensive risks and implement risk-mitigation-mapping matrix, in partnership with internal stakeholders (i.e., security, risk and compliance department)
- Develop scalable roadmaps for the company's major IT projects and lead its execution to provide reliable systems, effective services, and solutions that will meet the business needs
- Develop and enhance full-stack observability for Hybrid and Multi-cloud deployments by providing consistent view for various teams
- Review and analyze existing Observability and Monitoring solutions to provide continuous improvement technology solutions in implementing a scalable, robust and cost-effective solutions
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology and optimize internal tools to improve business processes
- Build a strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders and ensure the IT teams will be able to deliver required support and solutions across the company
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and technologies to understand the risk and better safeguard the company
- Oversee departmental finances, including budgeting, and forecasting. Tracks budgets to actuals, manages spend to forecasts, and identifies ways to optimize existing budget
- Responsible for hiring, managing, and scaling the teams, continuously promoting excellent teamwork, and improving service quality and delivery efficiency

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering and other technology related course
- Excellent Infrastructure leader with excellent leadership abilities, management skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Has a proven record of at least 15 years in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management, change management, and in effecting productivity gains and process improvements
- Ability to define problems - Identifies problems; collects data, determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of high-performance team development. You lead by example and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves
- Strong communication skills and able to manage situations/conflicts and influence others. Good analytical skills and a creative approach to problem solving
- Experience in managing teams supporting large VDI infrastructure technologies such as VMware Horizon View, Citrix Xen Desktop, App Volumes, UEM / DEM, FSLOGIX, vIDM(VMware identity manager), FLEX, Citrix NetScaler's / VMware UAG, Cisco / Pulse VPN's, VSAN, VxRail, VCF, VROPS / VRA, NSX and Splunk etc
- Knowledge of SCCM, App-V (or MSIX or other similar app virtualization technologies)
- Experience Managing ServiceNow platform for all the modules (ITOM, ITBM and ITSM). Creating strategy for servcenow with the alignment of the IT organization need.
- Able to travel for work domestically & internationally
