**Purpose of Position**:
To ensure long term RFQs are competitively priced, ensuring above market level growth, aiming to maximize the profit for DSV.

**Key Tasks**
- Sourcing for the APAC to multi country RFQs from FCL product/pricing perspective
- Ensure timely and correct response to RFQs
- Ensure all RFQs are quoted with profit
- Provide regular MSRs and selling guidelines to origin/destination countries/TM teams
- Participate in meetings/joint calls with countries to finalize pricing strategies for RFQs, account qualification.
- Provide market knowledge and value-added information which can be presented along our RFQ replies
- Close communication with tender management team as well as commercial team
- Seek confirmation from country MDs & the General manager for FCL in the event any risk is taken on rates/proposal
- Optimize and ensure procurement process efficiency through a mix of NACs & FAKs
- Ensure long term accounts are protected by space and rate commitments from carriers
- Prepare back up carrier for large volume accounts
- Align with central ocean freight team on core carrier selection for the respective trades.
- Push for cargo steering according to actual development on VID agreements/targets
- Monitor APAC core carrier utilization on country level
- Represent DSV APAC in carrier and customer meetings
- Ensure retention of existing business as well to develop new customers originating in APAC.
- Carrier management relationship building and maintenance
- Adherence to the code of conduct policy of DSV Group

**Experience & Education**
- With at least 5 years of work experience in Asia SeaFreight procurement management.
- Degree or higher qualification in logistics or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of operational experience.
- Knowledge of IMO rules and regulations.
- Ability to forecast and budget for growth on trade lane.
- Experience in tariff management and tender management.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint are required.
