Singapore DSTA - Defence Science & Technology Agency Full time

**OVERVIEW**:

- We are looking for an individual to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our systems playing a vital role to the defence and security of our Nation. You will be involved in ensuring the high state of operational readiness for the various SAF command and control defence systems.

You will report to the Head/Deputy Head of Operation & Support and you will look into innovative solutions for the command and control(C2) systems. You will also supervise the maintenance and support of our systems during the Operations and Support phase. He/she will also have to establish or renew software and hardware maintenance contracts and monitor the performance and competency of the contractors to ensure that the KPIs are met for these systems.

Your responsibilities would include:

- Incident Management & Problem Management
- Budget Management
- System Safety and Cybersecurity Management
- Configuration and Change Management
- Contract and Vendor Management
- System Reliability and Supportability
- Obsolescence Management
- Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and data operations
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of ITIL Service Operations would be advantageous
