**Responsibilities**:

- Provide prompt, relevant and accurate information regarding the programmes to the needs of the

prospective parent and their child/children.
- Accountable to follow up closely on all sales leads to achieve the sales target
- Attend and advise existing parents regarding matters concerning their child/children’s programme change,

fees collection
- Maintain positive relationships with all parents and their children at our centres.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks within the team and programmes.
- To work closely with other Julia Gabriel Centre stakeholders to support and execute student recruitment

activities and objectives, to ensure enrolment growth at Julia Gabriel Centre

**Requirements**:

- GCE 'O’ / ’A’ Levels / Diploma qualification, preferably in the education industry
- 5 days’ work week (Including 1 weekend)
- Bilingual as required to liaise with Chinese speakers
- Experience with CRM, in sales and customer service
- Excellent spoken, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Driven and self-motivated, a team player
- Organised and independent
- Able to work on both weekends

**Product and customer system management training will be provided. Sales commission scheme is offered as part of the remuneration package.
